The dishes we prepare change periodically to take advantage of fresh, seasonal ingredients and to make sure that our clients always have a variety of new choices. Most dishes can be amended to your taste preferences, allergies or dietary restrictions. If you would like something that is not on the menu, simply ask for it and we will try our best to satisfy your request. We would also be more than happy to prepare any family recipes that you love but do not have time to cook for yourself.
For those wishing to lose a few pounds or are just desirous of more balanced and healthy fare, we will prepare recipes from The South Beach Diet, Cooking Light, as well as dishes from Canyon Ranch Spa.
Our Weekly Fresh Service includes anywhere from 3-5 different entrees and 3 side dishes. Side dishes portions are prepared to accompany as many entrees as you choose. Of course you are free to add soups (if not chosen as a main course), extra entrees or side dishes and desserts for a reasonable fee. Soups and desserts provide approximately 8-10 servings.
